Frequently Asked Questions

Q: If I have special limits in the old billpay, will they carry over to the new platform?

A: Yes, special limits will be re-added during the conversion process. While the limits may differ slightly, we'll use past history to ensure they are accurate. Contact us if you have any concerns.

Q: Will I need to re-enroll for BillPay on the new platform?
A: No. On September 23rd you'll be able to access your BillPay profile through Online Banking just as usual. You'll just need to acknowledge a new agreement, but all your existing payees (except P2P payees) will be there.

Q: Will I need to set up my payees again?
A: The only payees requiring attention are P2P payments. We're already reaching out to customers with scheduled P2P payments to assist with this change.

Q: If I don’t currently use BillPay, how do I enroll?
A: Enrolling will be easier than ever.  Just log into your online banking account and click the BillPay link on the left side, then follow the directions to set up your BillPay profile.

Q: What is PicturePay?
A: PicturePay allows you to take a picture of your bill, which automatically loads the information into BillPay. It's a fast and easy way to set up payments without manual entry. PicturePay is included for all BillPay users at no charge.

Q: Can I do person-to-person payments in the new platform?
A: Yes. You can make P2P payments using just a mobile number or email address. The recepient will receive a text or email to input their information which will initiate the payment. If they choose to have the payment sent to a debit card the funds could be available that day!

Q: Will my eBills transfer to the new platform?
A: Unfortunately, due to security reasons, eBills set up in the current platform will not transfer over. We'll contact customers with eBills to assist with the transition.

Q: Will I be able to use the new platform to transfer money from EBANK to an account at another bank?
A: Yes, the Account-to-Account feature lets you send and receive money to and from accounts at other banks with ease.

Q: Who can I talk to if I have questions?
A: We have set up a dedicated group of conversion experts that can answer your questions.  Call 515-273-2358 and we will be ready to help.  If you prefer to email you can contact us at [email protected]
